Oliver Goodman

Oliver joined following the merger with the MedicX Fund in 2019 and heads up the team responsible across the portfolio for negotiating and securing rent reviews, both when provided for under the terms of the lease and on asset management projects when the lease is re-geared. Oliver is a Chartered Surveyor and he has an in-depth understanding of the process of agreeing on rent reviews with District Valuers in accordance with the detailed regulations that govern the reimbursement of rents on GP surgeries.
