Crystal Allen

Crystal Allen currently serves as a Behaviorist at Primary Health Solutions since August 2023. Previously, Crystal held various positions at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired, including Early Childhood and Youth Programs Case Manager and Intake Specialist from February 2021 to September 2023. Crystal also worked at the Indiana Department of Child Services as a Family Case Manager Supervisor from April 2016 to November 2021. Earlier in Crystal's career, responsibilities included instructing first-year college students at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and serving as an Executive Assistant to the Athletic Director. Crystal holds a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, and an Associate of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
