Katherine Santos is a seasoned professional possessing extensive experience in behavioral analysis and client support across various sectors. Currently, Katherine serves as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Invo Healthcare and as a Behaviorist in Early Intervention at Virtua Health, alongside a role at Family Therapy & Consultation Services. Previously, Katherine worked as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance, managing claims and ensuring accurate resolutions, as well as a Mortgage Purchase Analyst at Freedom Mortgage, focusing on loan approval processes.
