Cliff McDougall possesses extensive experience in marine engineering, project management, and business development within the subsea and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager for the ORM Team at Primary Integration since February 2015, Cliff focuses on ensuring data center uptime through best practices in operations and maintenance. As a Partner at Twisted Pick Subsea Mining, Cliff researches and launches underwater gold mining operations off the coast of Alaska, promising significant returns for investors. Additionally, work as a Marine Engineer at IP Subsea includes consulting on marine operations and technical solutions. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Director of Renewables Operations at Pharos Offshore Group, and Consulting Implementation Engineer at TE SubCom. Cliff also co-founded Notemarks, LLC, contributing to its business strategy and securing investment. Cliff's foundational experience includes managing ship construction projects and operations on chemical tankers, underpinned by a BSME in Marine Engineering Design from the State University of New York Maritime College.
