Svitlana Panchenko

Svitlana Panchenko is an experienced professional in application management and project delivery with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and various digital service roles. Currently serving as Applications Manager and Acting Technology Manager at Primary ITO since January 2017, Svitlana has expertise in solution analysis, backlog and release management, vendor management, and end-user documentation. Svitlana also designed a comprehensive WordPress-based online user guide. Previously held the position of Digital Services Manager (secondment) at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and worked as a Product Owner and Project Manager at Eyede, where responsibilities included customer liaison and managing eSOMS projects. Svitlana's career began as a Coordinator at Infopulse, complemented by freelance translation and tutoring roles. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and studies at the University of Konstanz.
