Ajay Sridhar

Ajay Sridhar is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Operator in Residence at Primary Venture Partners since August 2023. Previously, Ajay co-founded and led Moongrove as CEO from January 2022 to June 2023, focusing on generative AI for ecommerce visual assets. Ajay's leadership experience also includes a tenure as CEO at SelfMade (July 2016 - December 2021) and various roles at McMaster-Carr from 2014 to 2016, culminating in General Management. Earlier roles include contributions to predictive analytics at DxContinuum and value consulting at Salesforce.com. Ajay began an academic career as a research assistant at Claremont McKenna College, leading to a nominated senior thesis, and holds a Master’s degree from Duke University and a Bachelor's from Claremont McKenna College.
