Dominic Pandiscia has had a diverse and successful career in the music industry. Dominic began their own consulting company, Sunday Artist, in 2015, where they worked with various creative companies to develop business structures, marketing strategies, and revenue optimization. During this time, Sunday Artist achieved notable accolades, including an Academy Award nomination for "Best Song" and Spotify branding an artist as an "Artist to Watch" for 2016.
In 2016, Pandiscia became the CEO of PledgeMusic, a global direct-to-fan platform that empowers labels and artists to engage with their fans and fund recordings. Under their leadership, PledgeMusic experienced significant growth and was nominated for the prestigious A2IM "Independent Champion" Award in 2017.
Prior to their time at Sunday Artist and PledgeMusic, Pandiscia held various high-level positions in the music industry, including President of Caroline/Capitol Music Group, where they achieved record market-share and four #1 album debuts in 2015. Dominic also served as Executive Vice President at EMI Music and held senior roles at EMI Label Services/Caroline Distribution and Capitol Music Group.
Recently, Pandiscia has been working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Primary Wave, focusing on business development and strategy for the Gaither Music Group and Primary Wave. This role builds on their previous experience driving music strategy for Sunday Artist and working with brands such as Pepsi, Nike, and Mountain Dew.

Dominic Pandiscia attended Lenape Valley Regional High School from 1981 to 1985. Following that, they studied English and Psychology at Montclair State University from 1985 to 1989.
