Samantha Rhulen

Samantha Rhulen has over 25 years of work experience, primarily in the legal field within the music industry. Samantha currently holds the role of SVP, Business and Legal Affairs at Primary Wave, where they provide legal support and utilizes their extensive network to create business opportunities. Prior to that, they served as VP, Business Development and Legal Affairs at the same company. Samantha's previous experience includes working as Senior Counsel at Ritholz Levy Sanders Chidekel & Fields LLP, Senior Associate at Dreier LLP, and Senior Director, Business and Legal Affairs at Atlantic Records. Samantha also started their career as an Attorney at Eviction Intervention Services and later worked as a Staff Attorney at The Legal Aid Society.

Samantha Rhulen completed their education at the Taft School from 1984 to 1987, obtaining their high school diploma. Samantha then attended Bucknell University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish. Finally, from 1991 to 1994, Samantha studied at Fordham University School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
