Behzad Borang

Behzad Borang is a skilled corporate solicitor with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving at Primas Law since June 2025, Behzad previously worked at Kuits as a corporate solicitor and gained foundational legal expertise at Pannone Corporate LLP as a trainee solicitor and corporate paralegal. Earlier roles include corporate paralegal at Continuum Corporate Lawyers LLP and paralegal at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent, and an LLB in Law from Oxford Brookes University.
