Victor Pascual

Victor Pascual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Technical Producer at Innova Global since June 2019, Victor plans and implements network systems for high-profile events such as Cruïlla and Mad Cool. Concurrently, Victor coordinates access at Primavera Sound since May 2014, leading a team of up to 300 staff to ensure smooth entry for festival attendees. Additional roles include coordinators for DGTL Festival and access control at BINARY INGENIERIA Y SOFTWARE, as well as project manager at Growinpallet, focusing on sustainable urban gardening. Victor's diverse background also includes social education, business development, and data analysis.
