Andres Felipe Penna Lozada

Andres Felipe Penna Lozada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and strategic planning within the fuel and banking industries. Currently serving as Jefe Operación Directa at Primax S.A since January 2020, Andres has developed a model for stations with direct operation. Prior to this, Andres worked at Petrobras from October 2014 to January 2020 in various roles, including Planeador Comercial, where responsibilities included developing business strategies for service stations and managing indicators of sales and new business ventures, and Planeador de Transporte de Combustibles, focusing on transportation resource management and contingency planning. Earlier in the career, Andres held positions in international business analysis at Itaú Colombia and in foreign trade at Proexport in Russia. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada.
