Terri Combs

Terri Combs is an accomplished professional in the transportation engineering sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Transportation at PRIME AE Group, Inc. since February 2021, following a progressive career with roles including Assistant Director of Transportation and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at AECOM as a Civil Highway Engineer from August 2007 to February 2021, and earlier positions at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as an Engineer In Training and KYTC Scholarship Intern. Terri began a career in engineering as a Computer Aided Design Technician at H A Spalding Engineers from September 2001 to August 2002. Terri holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, earned between 2002 and 2006.
