Ashish Baghel has a diverse work experience in the field of digital banking channels. Ashish started their career in 2003 as a Software Professional at Bank of Rajasthan, where they gained hands-on experience in software development and implemented Finacle Internet Banking. Ashish then moved on to IDBI Intech as a Project Leader, specializing in integrating Finacle Internet Banking with various e-commerce merchants and government e-payment portals. In 2011, they joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Senior Consultant, focusing on the implementation, upgradation, and migration of internet and mobile banking applications. Ashish later transitioned to ICICI Bank as a Senior Manager, responsible for collecting and validating business requirements for digital banking channels. Currently, they are working at Prime Bank Africa as the Head of Digital Banking Channels, overseeing the delivery of business and technology solutions aligned with the organization's goals and compliance demands.

Ashish Baghel's education history is as follows:

From 1994 to 1998, Ashish attended Lakshmi Narain College of Technology in Bhopal, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science.

In 2011 and 2012, Ashish studied at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Operations Management.

In 1992 and 1993, Ashish completed their Higher Secondary education at St. Pauls H.S. School in Raipur, focusing on Science.

Ashish also returned to Lakshmi Narain College of Technology for a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science, although the specific dates of this program are not provided.
