Doris Mugwika is a finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and recovery. Since February 2021, Doris has served as the Manager of Monitoring and Recovery at Prime Bank Africa. Prior to this role, Doris worked as the Manager of Credit and Recovery at African Banking Corporation from August 2018 to January 2021, overseeing credit collection, loan monitoring, and client interactions. From December 2009 to August 2018, Doris was involved in debt recovery at Diamond Trust Bank, where responsibilities included loan documentation review, issuing legal notices, and preparing memos for decision-making. Earlier career positions include Shares Registrar and Officer of Shareholder Services. Doris holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyatta University.
