Crea Guido Gerstner

Guido Gerstner is currently the Head of Real Estate Debt and Managing Director at Prime Capital AG since April 2020. Prior to this role, Guido served as Leiter Real Estate, Region West at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland from April 2015 to March 2020. Guido holds a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA) degree from IREBS International Real Estate Business School/DVFA, a Diplom in International Business from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences, and a Bsc in Finance from Coastal Carolina University. In their current role, Guido focuses on Real Estate Private Debt Whole Loan/ Mezzanine lending solutions for existing assets and project developments in Germany and other European jurisdictions.
