Kimberly Sturm

Director of Customer Experience at Prime Care Technologies

Kimberly Sturm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kimberly started their career as a Regional Business Office Specialist at Diversicare Management in 1996, where they provided guidance and training to nursing facilities and audited accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. In 2000, they became the Director of Finance at Altacare, responsible for business functions and crisis management for long-term care facilities.

In 2005, Kimberly started their own business as the Owner and Operator of Kelly Consulting Group, which they operated until 2007. Kimberly then joined American Healthtech as a Project Manager, providing project management, customer training, and industry guidance for long-term care software.

In 2010, Kimberly joined Sun Healthcare Group as the AR Revenue Director, where they hosted conference calls, provided assistance and supervision to skilled nursing facilities, and monitored workflow and data integrity.

Since 2011, Kimberly has been working at Prime Care Technologies, Inc. In their role as Senior Project Manager, they were responsible for payer credentialing, product introduction, training, and launch, as well as brand development and strategy. Kimberly then became the Director of Customer Experience, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and managing operations processing, user experience, system design, and performance. Kimberly also developed service level standards and collaborated with internal teams on customer journey improvements.

Kimberly Sturm attended the University of South Alabama from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Additionally, they also attended the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business, although the specific dates of their enrollment and their degree or field of study are unknown.
