Robbie Horsman

Robbie Horsman serves as the Vice President of Retail at Prime Communications Canada, where a strategic leadership style has driven growth across over 50 retail locations and a team of more than 200 members since January 2014. Previously, as Vice President of Business, Robbie directed business sales strategies that scaled a corporate sales team significantly and revamped sales compensation models to align with key performance indicators. Experience includes co-founding Experience Communications Inc., where success in launching multiple authorized Rogers Dealerships was achieved. Earlier roles include strategic leadership in marketing and sales at Rogers Wireless and Rogers Business Solutions, delivering substantial revenue growth and performance improvements through innovative go-to-market strategies and channel development initiatives. Robbie holds education credentials in Law & Security Administration from Canadore College and further studies at Carleton University.
