Marcia Hayes is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in operations and sales within the jewelry industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail at Portland Leather Goods since August 2024, Marcia previously held the position of Executive Vice President Scale and Enterprise at Diamond Cellar Holdings from November 2023 to August 2024. Prior to that, Marcia spent 17 years at Signet Jewelers, where notable roles included VP Operations & Virtual & Social Selling, overseeing 150 brick-and-mortar stores and developing 48 virtual stores, as well as leading the conceptualization of virtual storefronts and social selling teams. Marcia’s expertise in multi-state operations and talent development has consistently enhanced customer experiences and driven sales growth. Educational qualifications include degrees from The Ohio State University and The University of Toledo.
