UX Research Lead at Prime Communications

Katelyn Goerke has a diverse work experience. Katelyn began their career in 2011 as an Alumni Phone-A-Thon Caller for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Advancement. In 2013, they worked as an Interlibrary Loan Student Assistant for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Cofrin Library. In 2014, they worked as an Americorps Vista for the Mead Public Library and as a Social Media Intern for the UW-Green Bay Communication Department. Katelyn also worked as an Editorial Intern for the UW-Green Bay Marketing and Communications Office in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Social Media Coordinator for EPIC Creative. In 2017, they began working as a Digital Marketing Strategist for Northwoods and was promoted to Senior Digital Marketing Strategist in 2022. Currently, they are an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Katelyn Goerke obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication- Public Relations and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2015. Katelyn then attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they earned their Master of Library & Information Science - MLIS degree in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Sheboygan North High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition, Katelyn has obtained certifications in Product Messaging and Sales Page Copywriting from ConversionXL in 2017, Google Ads Display Certification from Google in 2019, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in 2018.
