Becca Parsons

Becca Parsons, LEED Green Associate, currently serves as Site Acquisition Manager at Prime Data Centers since June 2024, where responsibilities include preparing progress reports and collaborating with engineering teams. Additionally, Becca is a board member of the Golden Urban Renewal Authority, appointed in April 2023, to support development initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Real Estate at Flexential, Real Estate Manager at Ball Corporation, and Regional Facilities Manager at Deloitte, focusing on real estate strategy and project management. Earlier experience includes positions at CBRE, Charles Schwab & Co., and Stevens & Associates, with a foundation in market research and customer service. Becca holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, specializing in Real Estate and Construction Management.
