Since 2005, Stephen has been self-employed, providing project management services. Presently, Stephen serves as a Senior Survey Technician at Prime Energy Services, a position held since May 2016. Previous roles include Survey Tech at RSH Energy LLC, Survey Project Manager at PLSG, and Survey Manager at Durwood Greene Construction. Stephen's foundational experience includes positions at Harris County Flood Control District, Pace Services, GBI Partners, L.P., Andrew Lonnie Sikes, Inc., and Survcon. Stephen pursued education at Lone Star College from 2009 to 2011.
