David Hallock

David Hallock has worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Prime Health Services, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Heritage Medical Associates from February 2016 to February 2019.

David Hallock attended The University of Memphis from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SPHR certification from SHRM in 2008, and they also hold the SHRM-SCP certification.
