Melissa N.

Melissa N. has extensive work experience in IT implementation and project management. Melissa started working at MSM Corporation in 2005 as a Project Manager and EDI Implementation Specialist, where they successfully implemented Dynamics SL 2015 and upgraded it to Dynamics SL 2018. During their time at Prime Health Services, Inc., Melissa held the role of IT Implementation Specialist and later became the IT Implementation Specialist Lead. Melissa was responsible for onboarding clients, identifying business needs, specifying requirements, and overseeing testing. Melissa also provided feedback and workflow consultation to clients.

Melissa N. completed their Associate of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Nashville State Community College from 2010 to 2013. Melissa then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Middle Tennessee State University from 2014 to 2016.
