Malvika Varma

Malvika Varma has a strong background in human resources with experience in various healthcare organizations. Malvika most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Prime Healthcare Group LLC since October 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Burjeel Hospitals from June 2015 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Senior Vice President - HR at Max Healthcare from July 2012 to April 2015, Director - Human Resources at Nova Medical Centers from September 2011 to November 2012, and Vice President - Human Resources at Max Healthcare from April 2011 to September 2011. Malvika Varma obtained their Masters in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Dayalbagh Educational Institute between 1991 and 1994. Prior to that, they attended St. Agnes Loreto Convent in Lucknow from 1975 to 1987 for their I.C.S.E. degree.
