Steve Aleman

Steve Aleman is the current Chief Financial Officer at Prime Healthcare. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 7 years as SVP Corporate Development / Mergers and Acquisitions at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. There, they successfully led the acquisition of eleven facilities in four states.

Prior to that, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer - Hospital for three years, where they were responsible for cash planning and forecasting, vendor contract review and negotiations, union contract planning and negotiation, re-capitalization and oversight over Procurement, Facilities, Information Technology and Revenue Cycle organizations.

Before Wellpoint Anthem, Steve was the Director of Finance and Risk Assurance. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's financial risk management program.

Steve has a proven track record of successful financial leadership in the healthcare industry. Steve is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop and execute growth plans. Steve is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, and has a deep understanding of the regulatory approval process. Steve is a highly effective communicator and negotiator, with a strong track record of building relationships with key stakeholders.

Steve Aleman received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge.
