Treasa Chidester

Treasa Chidester currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Clinical Operations and Risk Management at Prime Healthcare since May 2024. Prior to this role, Treasa held various positions at UHS from May 2017 to May 2024, including Division Director of Risk Management for the Acute Division and Group Manager of Corporate Risk Management, overseeing risk management activities and the implementation of the TERM program to enhance patient care quality. Additional experience includes roles as Patient Safety Manager at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Associate Senior Counsel at Johns Hopkins HealthCare, Director of Risk Management at The George Washington University Hospital, and Attorney positions at Children's Law Center of Los Angeles and Demler, Armstrong and Rowland. Treasa obtained a JD in Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a BS in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
