Jose Laboy

Jose Laboy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jose currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Prime Hospitality Group LLC since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Darden where they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and later as the Vice President of International Operations.
