Kathy Fingal

Kathy Fingal, MPA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both healthcare and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Professional Truck Driver at Prime Inc. since October 2022, Kathy previously worked as a Medical Administrative Assistant at North Texas Area Community Health Center, Inc. and held various administrative positions at the University of Connecticut, including Administrative Specialist and Funding Assistant. Kathy's educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Health Agency Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a healthcare emphasis from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Additionally, Kathy has experience as a Regional Enrollment Network Coordinator for AmeriCorps, where responsibilities included developing a volunteer network for Affordable Care Act education, as well as owning and operating a wedding planning business, Maison Belle Victorian Wedding Chapel.
