Mikael Johansson started their professional career in 2002 at JLL, where they worked in property management. Mikael then joined Erik Olsson Fastighetsföremedling in 2009, where they worked in backoffice and sales. In 2010, they briefly worked in property management at Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB before joining Cushman & Wakefield as a Valuation Assistant. At Cushman & Wakefield, they quickly rose to the position of Senior Valuer and gained significant experience in managing valuation assignments and executing valuations of commercial properties. During their time at Cushman & Wakefield, they also worked with the V&A Central London Team, valuing iconic skyscrapers. In 2012, Mikael founded Wordyatzy, a game app that achieved significant success and was eventually sold in 2016. In 2017, they co-founded Prime Penguin, an e-commerce logistics platform that simplifies the process of managing logistics for SME businesses. At Prime Penguin, they played a key role in developing a centralized solution for managing logistics operations and integrating with various e-commerce platforms.
Mikael Johansson has a strong educational background in the field of real estate and finance. Mikael pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Real Estate and Finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, from the year 2008 to 2011. Following this, they went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate Development and Financial Services at the same institution, from 2011 to 2013.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Mikael Johansson obtained a certification as an authorized valuer from Samhällsbyggarna in May 2016, further enhancing their expertise in the real estate industry.
