Kristin Ng

Kristin Ng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They are currently working as the Chief of Staff at Prime Roots, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Spero® from July 2021 to March 2023, starting as the Director of Business Analytics, then progressing to Head of Sales and Strategy, and finally Vice President of Sales and Revenue.

Before joining Spero®, Kristin pursued an MBA at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from June 2019 to June 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, MBA Tutor, and Research Assistant.

In 2020, Kristin worked as a Summer Strategy Associate at New Age Meats, and from July 2018 to April 2019, they served as Vice President of Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading at Cowen and Company.

Prior to that, Kristin held the position of Vice President, Options at BTIG from April 2015 to June 2018 and worked as an Analyst in Institutional Equity Derivative Sales at RBC Capital Markets from August 2011 to January 2015.

Their first roles in the professional world included working as an Administrative Assistant at Georgetown University Medical Center from September 2007 to May 2011, as well as Summer positions as an Analyst and Intern at ICAP in 2010 and 2009, respectively.

Kristin Ng obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Georgetown University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Mathematics. Additionally, in September 2011, they obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
