Chanttel Melquist

Chanttel Melquist is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in managing pharmacy operations and ensuring quality patient care. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist Reviewer in the Special Investigations Unit at Prime Therapeutics since May 2019, Chanttel also holds the title of Clinical Pharmacist Pipeline. At Hennepin County Medical Center, since July 2015, Chanttel has been a Supervising Pharmacist, overseeing high-volume specialty pharmacies and successfully managing a team of pharmacists and technicians while handling complex insurance issues. Previously, as an Executive Team Lead Pharmacist at Target from July 2012 to September 2016, Chanttel revitalized underperforming pharmacies, emphasizing legal compliance and guest satisfaction. Chanttel began the pharmacy career as a Pharmacy Technician at Kinney Drugs from 2006 to 2009.
