Dennis Keenan

Dennis Keenan possesses extensive experience in regulatory analysis and compliance within the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently semi-retired and working part-time as a Senior Regulatory Analyst at Prime Therapeutics since 2018, Dennis previously held the position of Director of Regulatory and Audit Response at Strategic Health Solutions from 2015 to 2017, overseeing compliance and audit activities for government health care programs. Additional roles include Director of Special Investigations Unit at Markel Corporation, Senior Auditor at IntegriGuard, Manager of SIU at Mutual of Omaha, and Director of Investigations and Enforcement at the Nebraska Department of Health. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1974 and 1978.
