Jodi Tauer

Jodi Tauer, MBA, CHC, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in leading compliance initiatives and process improvements across various sectors. Currently serving as Compliance Manager for Prime Therapeutics since May 2017, Jodi oversees a team responsible for vendor oversight audits, compliance risk assessments, and internal audits addressing compliance gaps. Previously, Jodi held roles as Sr. Compliance Analyst and Business Process Analyst at Prime Therapeutics, where significant achievements included the management of a regulatory inquiry program and process improvements leading to enhanced operational efficiency. With prior experience at FindLaw and Allianz Life, Jodi has successfully partnered in the development of workflow management tools and led quality initiatives in highly regulated industries. Jodi holds an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
