John Heidtke

John Heidtke has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the healthcare and IT sectors, currently serving as AVP PBM Ops Shared Services & Enterprise Integrations at Prime Therapeutics since May 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing enterprise integrations, business process and knowledge management, technical solutioning in partnership with IT, project management, and business intelligence. Prior roles at Prime Therapeutics include Senior Director of Enterprise Integrations and Director of Managed Care Integrations, where strategic projects were managed to enhance operational effectiveness. Earlier experiences include senior consulting positions at Genesis10 and ACS, project leadership at RBC Dain Rauscher, and software development roles at Compuware and Northwest Airlines. John holds a Masters in Software Engineering, Project Management, and IT Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in MIS from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
