Jonathon Bunch

Jonathon Bunch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in clinical review, vendor management, and customer service operations. At Prime Therapeutics, Jonathon has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included overseeing contact center operations, enhancing member communications, and achieving industry-leading Net Promoter Scores. Prior experience includes managing customer service teams at Amazon and senior operational roles at Target, where Jonathon drove productivity improvements and implemented cost-saving strategies. Jonathon began a career in the US Army, leading security integration efforts, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
