Karel Wagner

Karel Wagner is a seasoned instructional design and learning consultant with extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Instructional Design Learning Consultant at Prime Therapeutics since October 2009, Karel specializes in creating interactive learning experiences utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Lectora. Previously, Karel worked at CUNA Mutual Group as a Learning Consultant - Media Developer and held various positions at Medco Health, including Customer Service Supervisor and Sr. Training Supervisor, where responsibilities included team supervision, training development, and performance evaluation. Karel began a career in customer service in 1989 and holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business Management from Dallas Baptist University.
