Kate Pinkalla

Kate Pinkalla, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Account Consultant at Prime Therapeutics, where responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships and providing innovative solutions to client concerns. Prior to this position, Kate held various roles at Express Scripts, including Installation and Quality Control Coordinator and Senior Operations Specialist, where duties focused on client installations and plan design implementation. Earlier career experiences include a Customer Service Supervisor role at Evans Transportation Services, managing customer service operations, and a Legal Assistant position at Slattery and Lee, coordinating attorney schedules and preparing legal documents. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida and a BA in Theater Arts from Carroll University.
