Eugene Lao is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior legal roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Calm since August 2024, Eugene also co-founded Red Dog Capital in 2012, where an ongoing partnership exists. Previous positions include Chief Legal Officer at Tau Motors and roles such as President & Chief Legal Officer at Prime Core Technologies, Inc., General Counsel at Reltio, and Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at DocuSign, Auction.com, and Zynga.
