Service Manager at Prime Vision

Erik Groot has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as Service Manager at Prime Vision since June 2015, where responsibilities include developing and managing a service model for major clients to enhance service quality, efficiency, and transparency. Prior roles at Prime Vision include Service Coordinator, focused on communication with key accounts and proactive problem-solving, and Support Engineer, handling customer calls across more than 25 countries. Earlier career experiences include a traineeship at Calco, freelance translator and copywriter at Art Solution, and providing tutoring in Dutch and English through Students Plus. Erik Groot holds a Master of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Utrecht University, as well as a propedeuse in Secondary Education from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
