Fleur Baars-Houg

Fleur Baars-Houg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fleur started their career at Philip Morris Holland BV, where they completed a Marketing & Sales Traineeship before becoming the Trade Marketing Manager for the Netherlands. Fleur then moved to Unilever, where they worked as a Brand Development Manager.

In 2006, Fleur joined PostNL, where they held various roles, including Trade Manager, Manager Formula & Trade Communications (ad interim), Manager Concept Stores, and Strategic Program Manager. As the Manager of Concept Stores, they were responsible for developing and implementing an innovative shop concept in the Postal consumer and small business market.

Since 2015, Fleur has been working at Prime Vision, starting as a Business Development Consultant before progressing to roles such as Head of IT Business Services and Key Account Director. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development & Sales Director, where they are responsible for driving business growth and overseeing the sales team.

Throughout their career, Fleur has demonstrated their expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and project management.

Fleur Baars-Houg's education history is as follows:

Fleur Baars-Houg completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Derby from 1999 to 2001. Fleur also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Hogeschool Brabant Economie en Management from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies (BSC) degree from Hogeschool Rotterdam from 1995 to 1999. Fleur Baars-Houg completed their secondary education at St. Willibrord College in Goes from 1989 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Fleur Baars-Houg has obtained several certifications. These include Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) from NTI-Opleiding in April 2021, NLP Practitioner Opleiding from Nederlands Trainingsinstituut voor Neuro-Linguïstisch Programmeren in March 2008, Young Potential Program (YPA) from PostNL inhouse programma door Horizon Training & Ontwikkeling in September 2007, Young Managers in Action (YMA) from PostNL inhouse programma door Horizon Training & Ontwikkeling in September 2006, and a second Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Derby in January 2001.
