Eleanor Parker is an experienced beverage professional with a diverse background in sales, management, and education. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Prime Wine & Spirits since June 2021, Eleanor previously held the position of Beverage Director and Sommelier at KEVIN RATHBUN, LLC, overseeing restaurant operations and beverage program development. Additional roles include Beverage Manager and Wine Event Coordinator at Tavistock Restaurants LLC, and Restaurant and Bar Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where Eleanor ensured high service standards. Earlier career experiences include teaching English and coordinating culinary events with a focus on international wine tourism. Eleanor holds a Master's Degree in Italian Gastronomic Culture from Università degli studi di Roma "Tor Vergata," a Bachelor of Science in International Agriculture from Università degli Studi di Udine, and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from The University of Georgia.
