Debra Hirsch

Debra (Debbie) Hirsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at Primeast since September 2019, Debra inspires organizational performance and capability transformation. As a Master Coach and Senior Consultant at CorpTalk, LLC since January 2007, Debra specializes in designing solutions and coaching that focuses on effective business conversations. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at D'Arcy Marketing and Advertising, Senior Vice President and Partner at N. W. Ayer Advertising, Account Supervisor at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, and Senior Media Planner at Young & Rubicam. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed multiple projects on negotiation and leadership at Harvard University and Yale University.
