Natasha Montoya

Natasha Montoya, MHRM, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Prime Communications since September 2024, Natasha previously held the same position at Fourth from August 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, Natasha was a Human Resources Account Manager at Engage PEO, managing over 100 clients and significantly growing the Texas market. Additional experience includes roles as Client Services Account Manager at TriNet, Human Resource Coordinator at Integra, and Office Manager at EMSL Analytical, Inc. Natasha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Florida International University, among other educational credentials.
