Alissa Stobbe

Alissa Stobbe has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Alissa started their career in 2010 as a WISEST Student Intern at the University of Alberta. In 2013, they worked as a Co-op Student at Flexxaire, followed by a role as a Biomechanical Design Lab Research Intern at Hokkaido University in 2014.

In 2015, they joined EPCOR as an Engineering Co-op Student where they managed a water infrastructure improvement program. Alissa'sresponsibilities included designing projects, communicating with customers, applying for permits, and coordinating with construction crews. Alissa also utilized hydraulic modeling software to identify system deficiencies and produced project maps using geographical information systems.

Currently, Alissa works at PRIMED Medical Products Inc. Alissa started as a Product Development Technician in 2016 and was promoted to Project Manager in 2018. In their current role as a Product Manager since October 2021, they play an instrumental role in the development and management of medical products.

Alissa Stobbe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In addition, they also received certification in Construction Safety Training System from the Alberta Construction Safety Association in January 2015.
