David Lafay

David LaFay is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and quality assurance, currently serving as Sr. Director of Operational Excellence at PrimeFlight Aviation Services since 2019. In this role, David oversees operational functions across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring effective quality assurance, operations support, sustainability, and integration related to mergers and acquisitions. Previously, at ReadyJet Inc. from 2011 to 2020, David held several key positions, including Sr. Manager of Operations, where responsibilities included optimizing service delivery and reporting directly to the COO. David holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Global Sustainable Development from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Entrepreneurial Studies with a minor in Sustainability Studies from Paul Smith's College.
