Adway Lele

Adway Lele is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in end-to-end development across multiple platforms and languages. Currently serving as a Software Architect at PrimeOrbit since April 2024, Adway previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at HealthLevel from January 2018 to March 2024, and as a Lead Software Engineer at GS Lab from January 2015 to January 2018, where active involvement in recruitment and mentorship of junior developers was a significant focus. Adway also founded 42 Software, delivering web-based solutions for online shops and website management from September 2011 to December 2014. Earlier roles included board member at Anomaly Solutions Pvt Ltd and member of the technical staff at Great Software Laboratory, emphasizing requirement analysis, development, and customer communication.
