David Butz

David Butz is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in development and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a ProfitKeeper Architect at PrimePay since October 2022, Butz also co-founded Thrive Engineering in September 2015, where successful product launches have taken place, including an innovative on-demand water transportation system for Ocean City, Maryland. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Selective Wealth Management from November 2019 to October 2022, and as Chief Technology Officer and Developer at Social Solutions from April 2001 to July 2015, Butz played a pivotal role in developing the award-winning CRM product, ETOSoftware. Earlier experience includes a project management role at SunTrust, where Butz managed a significant equipment upgrade. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware.
