Quita Monette has extensive experience in accounts receivable and customer service management. Since October 2005, Quita has been an Accounts Receivable Specialist at PrimePay, where responsibilities include creating, analyzing, and updating standard operating procedures for the Distribution department and managing office supply procurement. Previously, from June 2000 to September 2005, Quita served as the Assistant Customer Service Manager at Around Again Consignments, where Quita implemented streamlined reporting procedures and fostered effective working relationships with employees, consignors, and vendors to enhance customer service delivery.
