Samantha Mingace began their work experience as a Teller at TD in 2012 and later became a Head Teller and Store Supervisor, where they handled operations, customer transactions, and managed staff. Samantha then transitioned to UniBank for Savings, initially as a Relationship Banker Supervisor and later as a BSA/AML Analyst, where they reviewed and investigated suspicious cases related to money laundering, fraud, and other financial violations. Following that, they joined Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as a Compliance and Risk Analyst, conducting compliance audits and monitoring for suspicious activity. Samantha then worked at Verizon as a Compliance and Fraud Manager, responsible for overseeing compliance and fraud prevention. Currently, they are a Compliance Analyst at PrimePay. Samantha holds certifications as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Samantha Mingace, CAMS, CFE, has a strong educational background in accounting and forensics. Samantha obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Forensic Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, Samantha completed their Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at the Community College of Rhode Island, graduating in 2009. Samantha also attended Blackstone-Millville Regional High School from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their High School education.
In addition to their academic achievements, Samantha Mingace has obtained two important certifications. Samantha became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) in May 2019 through the ACAMS institution. Previously, in December 2017, they acquired the CFE certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Both certifications highlight their expertise in combating money laundering and fraud examination, further strengthening their professional qualifications in the field.
