Spencer Ungerleider has a comprehensive work history, starting in 2001 at Paychex. In their roles at Paychex, they successfully managed staff, recruited and trained personnel, and implemented effective employment policies and procedures. Spencer also had a significant role in planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales and business performance objectives. In 2015, they became the Enterprise Implementation Manager, overseeing relationships with corporate partners and clients, and developing top-level talent within the organization. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Strategy Manager, where they monitored project lifecycle activity and ensured high-quality change delivery. In 2020, they joined Asure Software as the Director of Operations, before moving on to PrimePay in 2021. At PrimePay, they held the position of Vice President of Shared Services, where they established workforce management standards and utilized technology to enhance customer and employee experience. In 2022, they were promoted to SVP of Service Operations at PrimePay and founded the Shared Services and Cash Management divisions, reducing the facility footprint and improving national processes and procedures.

Spencer Ungerleider holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global, which was obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Spencer completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus, from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Spencer has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Paychex. Furthermore, in 2000, they obtained the Stock Brokers/Dealer certification from JW Barclay.
